    Frequently Asked Questions...

To enroll in any of our programs, students must have reached the age of 18 by the start of their course and possess a high school diploma (or its equivalent). Additionally, many programs mandate that students undergo a skill review before admission.

There are two possible approaches to addressing this inquiry. The first approach is that our programs are intended to be manageable for individuals with basic computer literacy. While it is not necessary to have extensive coding experience, you should be at ease installing programs and applications on your computer without frequently requiring assistance. Alternatively, we believe that having some familiarity with the subject matter you intend to study is beneficial. Although our programs are designed to be accessible, it is recommended that you possess some prior experience to assist you in completing the course and feeling self-assured that you are studying a subject that interests you.
While specifics may vary across courses, our curriculum typically comprises a combination of online and in-person delivery modes that integrate live lectures, exercises, video content, group work, and projects. In many of our courses, we aim to simulate actual work environments by providing hands-on experiences in the initial weeks and gradually transitioning to more self-directed study towards the end of the course, with ample support and resources available to assist you throughout.
It’s impossible for anyone, including us, to know this with certainty. If we were capable of accurately predicting the future, we would be occupied with more lucrative endeavors than gambling at casinos. We suggest that you refer to our published Outcomes Report and conduct independent research on reliable online sources regarding salary information. Please note that salaries differ significantly depending on factors such as location and circumstances. For instance, a dollar in New York or San Francisco does not hold the same value as a dollar in Salt Lake or Dallas. Additionally, entry-level professionals typically earn less than the average professional in their field.
We cannot determine the exact cost of your program, but we can provide information on our fees. The majority of our programs are priced at $7,900, with the exception of Software QA at $4,900 and Coding Basics at $49. However, we offer scholarships that can reduce the cost for eligible students. Some students may pay less than the full tuition amount. A small percentage of our students may decide to finance their tuition fees with loans, which may include a living stipend. The amount they pay will be influenced by the terms of their loan agreements with the lenders. Lastly, students may choose to purchase new computers or upgrade their internet to complete their coursework. These expenses are not included in the tuition fees.
It’s common to make an educated guess, embark on a path, and later realize that the direction is not what we expected. No need to worry. For each program, we offer a grace period during which you may drop the course and only forfeit the seat deposit portion of your tuition, which is typically $149. Following that, there is a longer prorated refund period. If you require specific details regarding refund policies by course, please contact our admissions department. Additionally, students enrolled in the Web Development, Python Software Engineering, Java Software Engineering, Data Analyst, iOS App Development, and Cybersecurity programs have the option to change their area of specialization to any other program within the same group during the first half of the course.
Do you have another question or concern? How proactive of you! Please don’t hesitate to contact us at any time regarding any matter. We are always happy to assist you.
